Our mission is to sponsor a Fair where residents can access vital information and make needed
connections with providers of health care, wellness, and support services that lead to better
care, improved health, and lower costs for themselves and their loved ones.
RECENT BERGEN COUNTY HEALTH REPORTS RANK PUBLIC OUTREACH, LIKE INFORMATION FAIRS, AS A TOP PRIORITY TO HELP RESIDENTS DEAL WITH HEALTH CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICE CHALLENGES.
